WE ARE AN ASSOCIATION OF INDEPENDENTLY PRACTICING PROFESSIONALS who specialize in behavior and learning

Neurodevelopmental Evaluations

Independent practitioners provide comprehensive evaluations for preschoolers through young adults. This may include assessment of cognitive, social-emotional, academic, and adaptive-behavioral functioning. Evaluation is conducted with evidence-based practice guidelines by licensed doctoral psychologists. Please refer to the Provider Descriptions for information about which independent practitioner would be a good fit for your referral concern or call for more information.

Evaluations can explore a variety of neurodevelopmental concerns related to:

  • Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)

  • Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)

  • Learning Disorders such as dyslexia, dysgraphia, and dyscalculia

  • Developmental Delays

Please note that we do not conduct evaluations for legal purposes including but not limited to; forensic, court-ordered, or court-referred services. Our providers also do not conduct Independent Education Evaluation services for the school districts.

Educational Assessments

Academic assessments can be included as part of a comprehensive neurodevelopmental evaluation or on a case by case basis.  This includes assessment of specific learning disorders, learning profile, and best academic approaches and strategies that will enhance academic progress.   Evaluation includes use of state of the art assessment tools to determine current academic performance and diagnostic evaluation of specific skills related to reading, mathematics and written language.
